How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped out after payment is made?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment has been made. However, if your purchase consists of an item under BACKORDER status, we will only ship your parcel after the backorder item arrives.
What courier service does Shockee use to deliver my parcels?
We use POSLAJU for delivery within Malaysia.
What if my parcel goes missing?
Please contact our customer service via email or chat on messenger, provide us with your order number and we will try our very best to follow up with the courier service on your behalf. It is recommended for the buyer to lodge a case with the courier as well.
